By accessing or using the KAISEI GLOBAL website and services (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply in addition to our Legal Notice and Refund Policy.

KAISEI GLOBAL is an information-matching platform connecting global buyers and sellers of ultra-luxury assets including vessels, supercars, private jets, and premium real estate. We provide listing information, concierge introductions, and negotiation support. Unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific transaction, we are not the seller, broker of record, manufacturer, surveyor, or logistics agent.

KAISEI GLOBAL is not the seller of any listed asset. Any purchase contract, survey, financing, shipping, customs clearance, or title transfer is solely between the buyer and seller (and their appointed professionals). KAISEI GLOBAL does not guarantee asset condition, title, seaworthiness, export eligibility, or closing outcomes.

We facilitate introductions and platform tools only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, maritime, or customs advice.

This site aggregates listing information and refers qualified inquiries to assigned agents only. We do not hold funds, process payments, or act as escrow on this platform.

All assets listed on the Platform are offered on an as-is, where-is basis. KAISEI GLOBAL makes no warranty or representation regarding:

• Physical condition, operational fitness, or suitability of any listed asset;
• Accuracy or completeness of specifications, photographs, or descriptions;
• Legal title, liens, encumbrances, or export eligibility;
• Compliance with regulations in your jurisdiction.

Buyers are solely responsible for conducting independent inspections, surveys, title searches, and legal due diligence before completing any purchase.

KAISEI GLOBAL does not assume responsibility for:

• International shipping, freight forwarding, or delivery logistics;
• Customs clearance, import/export permits, or regulatory compliance;
• Import duties, export taxes, VAT, or other governmental charges;
• Delays, damage, or loss occurring during transit.

Shipping and customs arrangements are between the buyer, seller, and their appointed agents. Any cost estimates provided through the Platform are indicative only.

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and inquiry information;
• Use the Platform only for legitimate luxury asset acquisition purposes;
• Not scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data without written permission;
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including import regulations;
• Respond promptly to concierge communications regarding active negotiations.

1. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect the Platform and our databases.
2. If, despite such measures, loss or unauthorized alteration of user data results from cyberattacks, hacking, unauthorized access, malware, telecommunications failures, or other force majeure events that could not reasonably be prevented at the prevailing technical standard, we are not liable for resulting damages.

If we are found liable to you for any reason, our liability is limited to direct, ordinary damages actually incurred by you and, in any event, capped at the platform fees we actually received from you in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Platform — including text, images, branding, and design — is owned by KAISEI GLOBAL or its licensors. Asset photographs and specifications may be sourced from third-party sellers and remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@kaisei-global.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• The URL or listing reference of the allegedly infringing material on the Platform;
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We may remove or disable access to disputed content while reviewing valid notices. Repeat infringers may have Platform access terminated.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Japan.
